Privacy Policy

1. Summary

We do not operate a user-account service or backend for JobActa. We do not collect, receive, sell, rent, use for advertising, or track your personal data. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Your reports are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud and are signed in to your Apple Account, Apple may synchronize app data through your private iCloud storage. The Developer cannot access the contents of your private CloudKit database by default.

2. Information you enter into the app

Depending on how you use JobActa, your reports and settings may contain:

• customer and job details, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes;

• an object address and precise geographic coordinates;

• before-and-after photos;

• customer signatures;

• descriptions, quantities, prices, and totals for work, materials, and logistics;

• your business profile, contact details, logo, currency, and measurement units.

This information is entered or selected by you. It is processed to provide the features you request and is not sent to the Developer.

3. Storage and iCloud synchronization

JobActa stores reports locally using Apple’s on-device data technologies. When iCloud is available for the app, Apple CloudKit may synchronize reports through your private iCloud database, and iCloud Key-Value Storage may synchronize app preferences. This synchronization is associated with your Apple Account and is provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

The app remains usable offline. Core report creation does not require an account with the Developer.

4. Device permissions

JobActa may request the following permissions only when you use the related feature:

• Camera: to take photos for a report.

• Photos: to select photos for a report, logo, or generated content.

• Precise location: to save the current coordinates of the job site in a report.

You can deny or later change these permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings. The app remains usable without them, although the related optional feature will not be available.

5. On-device image processing

JobActa can analyze selected report photos to identify faces, vehicle license plates, and address text for optional privacy redaction. This analysis uses Apple Vision and is performed on the device. Content Studio also creates images and videos on the device. These operations do not send the source media to the Developer.

Phone-number formatting and validation are performed locally. JobActa does not send phone numbers to a validation service.

6. Exporting and sharing

JobActa exports reports as PDF files and can create images or videos from report content. Nothing is shared automatically. If you choose Share, Save, Print, or another system action, the destination you select receives the exported content. The privacy practices of that destination or third-party service then apply.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete a report in JobActa. When iCloud synchronization is active, that deletion is synchronized through your private iCloud database.

Deleting the app removes its local data, but synchronized app data may remain in your iCloud storage and may return if you reinstall the app. You can manage or delete JobActa’s iCloud data through the iCloud storage controls associated with your Apple Account. Because we do not operate accounts or have access to your private iCloud database, we cannot retrieve, edit, export, or delete that data on your behalf.

8. Your responsibilities

Reports may contain information about customers or other people. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, permission, and any necessary rights to capture, store, process, and share personal information, photos, signatures, and other content you add to JobActa.

9. Children

JobActa is a professional productivity app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or from any other users.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when JobActa’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
